Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort

May 13, 2020 by powderpassport Leave a Comment

Gunstock, located in Gilford, New Hampshire is one of the state’s largest recreation areas. With great runs for long carving turns and impeccably groomed trails, Gunstock Mountain Resort separates itself from all others. The first ski area in New England to have a chairlift, and second in the country, Gunstock boasts 1400 feet of vertical, New Hampshire’s 3rd longest chairlift, over 220 acres of skiing, with 51 trails and 7 lifts, and spectacular views of Lake Winnipesaukee at every turn. It is also the host of major events such as the HillClimb during Laconia Bike week, CraftFest, Soulfest, and the TimberMan Triathlon.
